Stainless steel, in fact, is very hygienic and has perfect properties in terms of resistance to corrosion and high temperatures. Stainless steel has a low percentage of carbon and contains about 10% chrome. The addition of chrome is what gives steel its property of stainlessness and corrosion resistance.
